Care/Safety:
Always trim wick to ¼ inch each time before burning. Place candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Do not attempt to handle or move your candle while candle is burning.
Shipping:
All orders ship within 2-4 business days after an order is placed. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Earth & Wick not responsible for orders stolen/lost after confirmation of delivery.
We do not ship outside of the United States, or to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Returns + Exchanges:
We take great pride & care to inspect your item(s) before they are shipped. Due to being a hand-crafted product, slight variations are normal and can be expected.
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipment please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide pictures of the broken product that shows it was not lit. We will only replace damaged products with the exact product and refunds cannot be granted.
Used candles cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.
